Method of making soybean arc - To make it, take soybean dal in a bowl and add water to it and soak it overnight. After that, add water to a pan and add soya chunks to it and boil well. Now after boiling well, take out all the water and make a fine paste and grind the soaked soybean dal with it. Now remove both the pastes in a bowl. Mix flour and salt in it and mix well. After this, add a little water and prepare a soft dough. Now take the dough flattened like a loaf of bread and cut long pieces from it.

Then take out the water and let it cool down. Now keep the soy arc in cold water for 10-15 minutes, take your homemade soy arc ready to cook.
