Jaipur: The political upheaval of Rajasthan has reached the Supreme Court. Assembly Speaker CP Joshi has slammed the Supreme Court against the Rajasthan High Court order prohibiting disqualification proceedings against 19 rebel MLAs and Sachin Pilot. On the other hand, Sachin Pilot is about to file a caveat in the Supreme Court. Without hearing his side, order can not be issued in the court case. Today the bench of 3 judges is going to hear the case.

In the petition, giving the example of 'Kihoto Holan' case of the Supreme Court constitution bench, the order of the High Court restraining the speaker from the investigation is being called wrong. According to the verdict given in the 'Kihoto Holan' case, the courts cannot interfere in the decision or investigation of the speaker. The speaker has also requested an interim stay on the High Court's order in the petition.

The petition cited Article 212 of the constitution as saying that the notice issued to the members is part of the investigation and can be reviewed judicially. In which it was also told that the notice has sought an answer from the MLAs and this is not the final decision in the matter of disqualification of the members. This process has been started.
