Spicy Curry Maggi-

1 tsp butter
*2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
*2 chilies (slits)
*1/2 onion (finely chopped)
*1/4 tsp turmeric
*1/2 tsp chili powder
*1/2 tsp coriander powder
*1/4 tsp cumin powder
*1/2 tsp garam masala
*1 tsp kasoori methi
*1/4 tsp salt
*1/2 cup tomato puree
*2 tbsp beans (chopped)
*1/2 carrot (finely chopped)
*2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
*2 tbsp sweet corn
*1 cup water
*1 pack Maggi Noodles
*1 pack Tastemaker
*2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)

Method of preparation- To make this, first heat 1 tsp butter in a pan, add 2 cloves garlic, 2 chilies and fry a little. After that add 1/2 onion and fry till the onion shrinks slightly. Now after this add 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kasoori methi and 1/4 tsp salt. Then fry till the spices become fragrant. Now add 1/2 cup tomato puree and fry till tomato puree becomes thick. After this add 2 tbsp beans, 1/2 carrot, 2 tbsp capsicum and 2 tbsp sweet corn. Fry for a minute, or until the vegetables are crisp. Now add 1 cup of water and let it come to a boil. After this add bread 1 pack Maggi noodles roughly and 1 pack Tastemaker. Now mix well and simmer for 2 minutes or till the noodles are cooked. After this add 2 tbsp coriander and eat spicy curry Maggi.

Cheesy Maggi-

1 tsp butter
*2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
*1/2 tsp chilli flakes
*1/2 tsp mixed herbs
*1/2 onion (finely chopped)
*2 tbsp Green Onion (chopped)
*1/2 tomato (chopped)
*2 tbsp sweet corn
*2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
*1 pack Maggi Noodles
*1 pack Tastemaker
*2 slices cheese
*2 tbsp Green Onion (chopped)
 
Method of preparation- Firstly, heat 1 tsp butter in a pan, add 2 cloves garlic, tsp chilli flakes, tsp mixed herbs and saute the spices till fragrant. After this add 1/2 onion, 2 tbsp green onion and fry a little. Now add 1/2 tomato, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 2 tbsp capsicum and fry the vegetables till they become crisp. After this add 1 cup of water and let it come to a boil. Now add bread 1 pack Maggi noodles roughly and 1 pack Tastemaker. Mix well and simmer for 2 minutes or till well cooked. Now add 2 slices of cheese and mix till the cheese melts completely. Now add 2 tbsp green onions and eat cheese maggi.
