Novosibirsk, Russia: The government is now expressing concern over the delta variant of the Coronavirus found in India. However, Russian scientists say Russia's vaccine is most effective against this variant. Recently, Russian scientists said, "The Russian vaccine Sputnik V is effective up to 90 percent against the delta variant of the corona.'' In fact, Sergey Nemtsov, head of the Laboratory at Novosibirsk State University and a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), has described the viral vector and mRNA vaccine, including Russia's Sputnik V, as safe against the new delta variant of the Coronavirus.

Recently, he said, "This vaccine provides protection from delta variants.'' Let me tell you all that Vladimir Gushchin, head of the Population Variability Mechanism Laboratory of the Gamalaya Research Centre, which developed the Sputnik V vaccine at the end of June, said, "Russian vaccines guarantee about 100 per cent protection against serious and fatal cases in case of infection from delta variants. Earlier in June, Russia's Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) claimed that Russia's Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine was more effective against the delta variants first found in India.''

In addition, the claim said, "Russia's vaccine has shown the highest impact against this more infectious and deadly delta variant than any other vaccine.'' Let me tell you all that Russia has become the first country in the world to register the first vaccine against the Coronavirus in August 2020, which was named Sputnik V. The vaccine is currently being used in India as well.
