Uttaran actress Sreejita De is celebrating her birthday with boyfriend Michael on the beaches of Goa. The actress, who turned a year older today, is enjoying her birthday vacation away from all the rush in Mumbai.

Claiming that she likes being in a different city on her birthday, Sreejita shares, “I love spending my birthdays away from the busy life in Mumbai. I feel that birthdays are meant to be relaxed and memorable days, so for me jumping from one place to another in the midst of our very rushed city is not something I really like doing. Hence, I always ensure I am travelling to different places to bring in my birthday."

Speaking about her birthday plans in Goa, Sreejita says talking to the media person, "This year, Michael planned this beautiful trip to Goa for my birthday. The vibe in Goa is very relaxed, laid back and chilled out and we love spending time here. Goa is the ideal birthday destination for me and while I was a bit under the weather initially, I love my birthday stay in Goa and Michael and I are having an amazing time by the sea. We are going to all my favorite restaurants and trying a lot of yummy sea food."

Sometime back she spoke about her wedding plans and moving to Germany.“I am very excited to begin this new chapter in my personal life. But that doesn’t mean I have quit acting. I want to put in a few more years of work before I shift base to Germany. There are a lot of genres out there that I haven’t yet explored, which is my aim now. There are so many options now when it comes to content and I want to experiment with it all. God willing, I’ll continue to act and dabble in both the Indian and international acting industries.”
