A decision has been taken in the cabinet meeting to distribute reservations in Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes admissions in other and government-aided and recognized private educational institutions. Under this, 20 percent reservation being given earlier has now been divided into ten and ten percent in the A and B category of Scheduled Castes. This will give equal benefits to both categories. In principle, a consensus has been reached to formulate a policy to provide employment to 75 percent of the youth in enterprises and institutions engaged in Haryana, but the government has sought legal opinion in this. Apart from this, the government will agree on the policy of the entrepreneurs of the state so that there is coordination between the industrialists and those who get employment.
