Lucknow: Over the last few days before the opposition of a special session of the 36 hours of the Legislature of the state on Gandhi Jayanti had avoided completely. Where the legislature is going to be held on Tuesday on Constitution Day, political tussle has also started on the one-day special session. Congress and BSP are firm on the promises made in the all-party meetings, but the SP has announced a big protest on the same day and has indicated a boycott of the house. However, the final decision will be made at the meeting of the Legislature Party on Monday.

According to the information received, it has been learned that a special session has been convened on Constitution Day to discuss the Preamble of the Constitution and the basic duties contained in it, for which Assembly Speaker Hriday Narayan Dixit had convened an all-party meeting, where all the party leaders assured cooperation in it. But now SP's strategy seems to have changed a bit and said that the government has conspired to deprive these students of higher education and livelihood by ending the system of free admission in government and private educational institutions. The party will hold a big demonstration on Tuesday to return this decision. Since there is a special session on the same day, it is believed that the SP can boycott it. However, for the final decision on this, the Legislature Party will meet on Monday at the party headquarters.

On the other hand, if SP stays out of the session, then its effect will be seen in the special session. Even though the number of members of Samajwadi Party is less in spite of being the main opposition party in the assembly, but it has a majority in the upper house i.e. the Legislative Council. At the same time, Congress is in a mood to make the session a ruckus, where it is a constant attacker on SP. At the same time, Aradhana Mishra, the leader of the Congress Legislature Party, says that 'We stand on the promise of an all-party meeting. Will be included in the special session of Constitution Day. Have to communicate with the government on issues of public interest, wants to ask questions.'
