The ministers of Rajasthan's Ashok Gehlot government and the MLAs of the ruling Congress are unhappy over not having a hearing in their government. Ministers and legislators are openly targeting bureaucracy. The ministers and officers of the government targeted the bureaucracy many times. Six ministers and five MLAs have opened the front of the bureaucracy of their own government in about 14 months. Due to this, the government has faced an uncomfortable situation many times. The ministers of the Gehlot government are unhappy about not working in the departments under their charge, of their own accord, so they are unhappy about not having a hearing. Party workers are still worried about not getting a share of power even after 14 months of formation of the government. Along with this, Deputy Chief Minister and President of the State Congress Committee Sachin Pilot, many times, directly and indirectly, surrounded his own government.

Along with this, Vishvendra Singh publicly made statements against the general manager several times. In the controversy over a tender, Vishvendra Singh accused the officials of corruption. Similarly, Khagh and Civil Supplies Minister Ramesh Meena publicly stated many times that officials are not listening to Congress workers. Officers keep Congress workers outside their rooms.
