The tussle between Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot and Deputy Chief Minister and State Congress Committee President Sachin Pilot has been increasing. Supporters of CM Gehlot, Agriculture Minister Lalchand Kataria, Revenue Minister Harish Chaudhary, Chief Whip Mahesh Joshi, Minister of State for Medicine, Subhash Garg, have gone to Delhi recently to inform the party's central leaders about the working of the government. These ministers also submitted the facts of public criticism of the government from time to time by the pilot supporters to the central leaders.

On the other hand, Food and Civil Supplies Minister Ramesh Meena, a pro-pilot, met the Interim President of Congress Sonia Gandhi in Delhi on Wednesday. Meena on Thursday in Delhi, Congress national general secretary general K.C. Met Venugopal and Avinash Pandey and expressed their support for the pilot. Meena told the media that she has demanded Sonia Gandhi to make Rahul Gandhi the Congress president soon. Rahul Gandhi should take command of the Congress for stability in the country. Meena said that we will do whatever we have to do to convince Rahul Gandhi.
