Australian Team skipper Steve Smith apologized for his misdeed during the play at Dharamsala stadium. He felt guilty for the behavior and said that his emotions were uncontrolled under the pressure of the match.

As per the reports, Steve Smith asked apologized saying that "It's been pretty intense throughout the series. At times, I have lost control over my emotions. I apologize for that."

During the second session of the match, Steve Smith abused Murali Vijay, when the last player from the Australian team was given out. The Australian skipper lost the control from his anger and abused the Indian player.
