Sudha Chandran is an actress as well as a professional dancer. Sudha Chandran shared the video and said, "Good evening. What I am going to say is a very personal note. I want to speak to my PM, Shri Narendra Modiji. My appeal is to both the State and the Central Government. I am Sudha Chandran, a professional dancer and actress."

Further, Sudha Chandran said, "I have created history in my field because I have made the country proud by dancing with artificial limbs, but every time I go out of work, I am stopped at the airport and every time I request CISF officers to do my ETD test for an artificial limb, instead they tell me to take off to show. Is this right, Modiji? Are we talking about it? Is that how a woman respects another woman? Modiji, my request is that just as you honour a senior citizen by giving him a card, so some arrangement should be made for us.''
