New Delhi: Indian cricket player Vijay Shankar has tied thr knot with his fiancee Vaishali Visweswaran on Wednesday. In view of the Coronavirus epidemic, very few people were involved in the wedding ceremony. Vijay has also now joined the list of married sportspersons.

Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) has shared photos of Vijay Shankar's marriage and wished him Navjeevan. "We wish this newly married couple a very special day of their life," he wrote. "We wish them a very good married life." Vijay Shankar plays in IPL on behalf of Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Vijay Shankar was engaged in the month of August last year. He shared the photo through his Instagram account and informed it. His engagement was reported before leaving for UAE for IPL 2020. On this occasion, KL Rahul Yujvendra Chahal, Shreyas Iyer, Krunal Pandya, Karun Nair, Mohammad Siraj, Siddhartha Kaul and Abhinav Mukund, etc., congratulated the sportspersons on their photograph.
