New Delhi: The Supreme Court has passed a major order in the Supertech emerald court demolition case. The court said the Twin Towers of Supertech will be demolished. Both these towers of Supertech are 40-40 stories. The Supreme Court in its order said that the towers were built in connivance with Noida authority and Supertech.
The court in its order has categorically stated that Supertech should break its own money from Noida within three months and return the buyers' money along with interest. In 2014, the Allahabad High Court had also directed the demolition of these towers, which has now been upheld by the apex court. Tell you that these 40-40 storey towers of Supertech have 1-1 thousand flats.
The court said these towers were allowed to be built by ignoring the rules. The court said that those who took flats in these Supertech twin towers will be refunded the amount with 12 per cent interest. It has been said that other buildings should not be damaged while breaking towers. Justice DY Chandrachud, Justice MR Shah have heard the case in the apex court.
