New Delhi: Recently the Supreme Court has taken a major decision. There was talk about bringing two new laws related to the formation of three capitals in Andhra Pradesh for quite some time. On Wednesday, the Supreme Court refused to hear the petition of the state government challenging the order of the High Court to maintain the status quo.

Justice Ashok Bhushan, Justice R. Subhash Reddy and Justice MR Shah have refused to interfere in the interim order passed by the High Court. Apart from this, he has told about the early disposal of this matter. Senior advocate Rakesh Dwivedi, appearing for the Andhra Pradesh government, argued that "The judiciary cannot decide from where the executive will work". Apart from this, the bench also told that "The main matter is pending before the full bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, which will be heard on Thursday."

Rakesh Dwivedi said "Everything has stopped. Many preparations have to be done in this regard. Several steps have to be taken. It has never happened that the judiciary has decided from where the executive will work. During this, the bench said, 'Consider hearing it daily from the High Court".
