It looks likes that a tussle between BCCI and certain organizing committees are not going to end in any case. It has been brought into vision as a challenge that how will BCCI take the step now supreme court has once again informed that it has to go on the certain mandatory decision to make implementation of the certain recommendations brought into light by the Lodha committee. It was brought as a fact in January 2015 that certain committee named Lodha committee would look forward on properly organized proceedings of BCCI which would help in enabling proper funding and regional association flexibility for this global national board. It was further on brought into vision on 18th July 2016 that BCCI would have to bring the recommendation into total action as far the funding and proper distribution of organized functions are concerned under pressure of  the decisive powers of theLodha Committee itself.

It now look likes that BCCI want certain changes in the policies of recommendations by the Lodha Committee as far the economic funding and virtual official distribution is concerned which is not going to be tolerated, thereby Supreme court have summoned hearing for both sides to decide the virtual court proceedings to make  the effect of the Lodha Committee's virtual decision into effect.

The BCCI was brought into a back foot in the case of the summons by the Court for the recommendations and managerial powers of the Lodha committee; thereby it looks like now that Board would have to take the recommendations as a serious implementation factor. It was already rumored before the arrival of the English cricket team that certain challenges between BCCI and Lodha committee can cause a disruption into series, but now we can only hope out that the issue should be solved according to the legal proceedings. In this way, let's have a look out as an update now what happens when the ultimate proceedings of organizing cricket as a game would fall into the regulative transitory code of Loda committee at large which would be key to look forward indeed...
