The BCCI was brought into a back foot in the case of the summons by the Court for the recommendations and managerial powers of the Lodha committee; thereby it looks like now that Board would have to take the recommendations as a serious implementation factor. It was already rumored before the arrival of the English cricket team that certain challenges between BCCI and Lodha committee can cause a disruption into series, but now we can only hope out that the issue should be solved according to the legal proceedings.
