New Delhi: The Supreme Court has again expressed concern over rising air pollution in the country. The court has objected that people still set off fireworks even after the prohibition, worsening the situation. The court said during the hearing that only asthma patients can understand the problem of air pollution. The Supreme Court also said in a stern tone that it cannot leave people to die.

On the sale of firecrackers etc., the court said that daily celebrations are celebrated in the country. It's good to celebrate, it must be celebrated, but fireworks are set off in celebration, which is not right.  It's disturbing. The court said we cannot leave people to die. Ask asthma patients, what is the problem. Children are also getting affected. The Supreme Court further said that people are facing different diseases.

The court said that celebration is so fine, we need to consider other issues as well. Not only this, the apex court has issued show-cause notices to nearly half a dozen cracker manufacturers on alleged violation of the court order and questioned why contempt of court proceedings should not be taken against them.  The next hearing in the case will be held on October 6.
