New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed a petition filed by a woman saying that your husband is at the border and you went to the hotel with another man. The woman had demanded cancellation of the bail of the rape accused. In the apex court, Justice D.Y. Chandrachud and Justice Suryakant, while hearing the matter, did not interfere with the order of the Rajasthan High Court granting bail to the accused.

Along with this, the top court told the woman that you left your children at home and went to hotels with the accused. To live with the accused, you rented a room to him in a nearby city. In this way, you were spending the money of your ITBP soldier husband. The poor man posted on the border did not even know what his wife was doing at home. Justice D.Y. Chandrachud said that it seems to be a case of consensual relationship. Therefore, they will not interfere with the order of the Rajasthan High Court which granted bail to the accused.

The lawyer appearing for the woman said that the accused harassed the victim and raped her several times and also blackmailed her for money. The lawyer also showed some bank transactions for this and said that the High Court did not pay attention to it. But even after the plea of the lawyer, the Supreme Court rejected the woman's petition. In fact, a woman resident of Rajasthan had accused a man and his sister-in-law of raping and blackmailing them for money.

The woman had told in her complaint that she lives in a village in Rajasthan with her two sons and her husband was posted in ITBP in Jammu. One day the sister-in-law of the accused, who lives in his village, invited her to the house and made her drink tea. After which the accused raped her and started blackmailing her by making videos of her. The woman had filed a case against the accused under section 376 of the IPC and provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989. Recently, the Rajasthan High Court had granted bail to the accused in this case. Which was challenged by the woman in the top court.
