New Delhi: The story of crime and incidents that have been continuously increasing for the past several days has now taken a formidable form. During the protest against CAA only, the Supreme Court has taken the news of violence and violence in Lucknow. The Supreme Court also refused to stay the Allahabad High Court's decision to remove the posters of miscreants along the roads.

According to the information received, the bench of Justice UU Lalit and Justice Anirudh Bose stated clearly, action must be taken against the rioters and they should also be punished. But there is no law that can justify putting up posters of miscreants on the roadside. It has been learned that the vacation bench also asked the registry of the Supreme Court to immediately put the matter before Chief Justice SA Bobde, so that at least a three-member bench can be set up, which will come up next week. 

It is being said that while hearing the petition of the UP government, the top court considered the dispute serious and said that there is a need for a big bench to conduct a test on this issue. The case also required a relatively detailed explanation and consideration. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta presented on behalf of the UP government said, this matter is very important. Whereupon the bench asked Mehta whether the state government had any such power to put up posters? It has been learned that Justice Lalit's bench said, "Violence and sabotage are condemned, but should the perpetrators be victimized again and again?" There was still time to pay for the accused and their petitions challenging the recovery proceedings are pending. With this, the court also approved the people whose pictures are on the banners, to become parties in the case.
