New Delhi: Migrant workers are facing a lot of problems in the ongoing lockdown amid coronavirus crisis. Recently, 16 laborers who were on foot in their desire to go home from Maharashtra fell victim to painful death due to the grip of the train in Aurangabad. These workers slept on the railway tracks while walking on foot, meanwhile they were killed by cutting from a freight train. Now the top court refused to hear the case.

He say what can be done if the workers fall asleep on the track? He asked the government how to stop those who have started walking to go home. In response to this, it has been said from the government that arrangements are being made for everyone to return home. But people have to wait for their turn, which they are not doing.

Delhi High Court on Friday directed the state government and the railways not to return any workers on foot. The High Court made the government register online for this and ensure that the workers do not have to go on foot. The court has directed the government to remove advertisements on newspapers, TV so that the workers can know. The court was told by Railways that whenever Delhi government asks them to provide trains, we will get them done.
