New Delhi: Refusing to hear a plea for online voting electronically on Tuesday, the apex court has asked the petitioner to submit his application before the Central government. The country's largest court told petitioner lawyer Ghalib Kabir that he would not consider it.

Ghalib Kabir continued to make his plea too late, but the court did not listen to him because he was mute. The court, while advising Kabir, said that you are seeing that you are having so many problems in the online hearing. You are still sure that the far-flung citizens in the country will be able to vote online with a certainty?  Elections are being held in many other places, including Bihar, amidst the corona epidemic. The Election Commission has decided to go to bihar assembly and 65 seats simultaneously across the country.

Voting will be held simultaneously with several precautions on these seats. The Election Commission has also issued guidelines for the same. Several parties in Bihar are opposing the decision to vote in Corona but the commission has not accepted it. As far as online voting is concerned, there is no idea yet. The apex court also rejected the demand and asked the petitioner to approach the Centre. Ahead of the Bihar elections, the Election Commission has taken several steps that have never been used before.
