NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed an appeal against a Delhi High Court ruling dismissing a petition contesting the Delhi Judicial Service Preliminary Exam 2022 final answer keys.

The appeal was denied by a vacation bench of Justices M R Shah and Aniruddha Bose, who stated that the High Court had carefully considered each and every point.

"Make sure you're ready for the next exam. All answers and issues have been thoroughly addressed by the High Court "The bench said. "We see no reason to interfere while exercising our powers under Article 136," the bench said after hearing the parties' counsel and going over the impugned order. "Considering the fact that the High Court has considered in detail each and every question and answer and has denied the challenge, we see no reason to interfere while exercising our powers under Article 136."

Ananya Tyagi and others argued in their appeal that certain questions lacked valid responses, and hence the review of the answer sheets was faulty. The petitioners had every chance to present their concerns, according to the High Court, and they had done so.

The objections were properly addressed by adequately qualified persons before the answer key was published, according to the high court, and there is no charge of malice or lack of bona fide.
