New Delhi: Who will investigate the famous Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput death case, Mumbai Police, Bihar Police or CBI, the country's highest court can give its verdict today. Today all the parties will submit written arguments in the Supreme Court today. The court has to decide which of the CBI or Mumbai Police will investigate the case.
On Tuesday, the court reserved order in the case and instructed all parties to submit written notes on their arguments. In the apex court, the Maharashtra government and Rhea Chakraborty have demanded the handing over of the FIR lodged by the Mumbai Police to CBI. The Bihar government and the lawyer of Sushant's father have opposed this.
The lawyer for Sushant's father said in the court that Siddharth Pithani is the biggest suspect. In the case of Sushant Singh Rajput death, his father's lawyer Vikas Singh while talking to a private news claimed that Siddharth Pithani is the biggest suspect, it is a case of murder, not suicide. He has said that according to the conspiracy theory, it may be that Sushant was first rendered unconscious and then murdered.
