New Delhi: The bail plea of former Finance Minister and veteran Congress leader P. Chidambaram in the CBI case of INX Media rigging will be heard in the Supreme Court on Friday. The CBI had earlier said in court that the Delhi High Court has also accepted in its judgment that P. Chidambaram can influence the witnesses. The CBI has said that P. Chidambaram had also tried to influence two witnesses. In such a situation, his bail plea should be rejected. Earlier, the apex court had issued a notice to the CBI and asked them to respond. Earlier, the Delhi High Court dismissed Chidambaram's bail plea.
