New Delhi: The 17th-day hearing will be held on Monday in the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court regarding the Ayodhya Ram Temple and Babri Masjid case. On Monday, a debate will begin on behalf of the Sunni Waqf Board. In the previous hearing, the Shia Waqf Board had said that the Allahabad High Court had given one-third share to Muslims and not to the Sunni Waqf Board. The Shia Waqf Board claims on the land and they want to give it to the Hindus.

He said in the court that this original is ours and we want to give that part to Hindus. Earlier, Senior Advocate PN Mishra, presented on behalf of Ramjanmabhoomi Revival Committee, gave information about the ways of offering Namaz in his debate. Advocate PN Mishra had told the court citing the Hadees that it is written that Prophet Mohammad has said that namaz cannot be read by ringing the bell as it is an instrument of evil. The angels do not come to that house or place by ringing the bell. Similarly, worship cannot be done in a temple without bells.

PN Mishra told the court that Ibn-e-Batuta said after his visit to India that he was surprised to see that bells were being played, bells were being worshiped in all mosques. After this, PN Mishra had quoted the Sahih al-Bukhari of the Hadees, saying that Prophet Mohammad has said that two different tribes of Hindus and Muslims cannot live together on the same land.
