The winners of the 66th National Film Awards were announced on Friday, August 9. The film 'Uri: The Surgical Strike', 'Padmavat' and 'Andhadhunn' won awards. It was a double pleasure for Actor Ayushman Khurana when he won the National Award by not one but two films. Ayushman Khurana's film Badhaai Ho has won the Best Popular Film award for Best Entertainment, along with the National Award for Best Supporting Actor was bagged by the film's Actress Surekha Sikri for her outstanding performance.
After hearing the news, Surekha was very happy and said in an interview, "I feel very good and I am very excited about it. I am very thankful. I feel very good, I am very happy that our film has won."
