At a pre-release event in Hyderabad, Tamil star Suriya Sivakumar, who had been in town to promote his new film 'ET,' praised Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi. Suriya stated that Chiranjeevi's blood bank inspired him to launch a non-profit business. The 'Ghajini' actor is regarded as one of the best in the country and has a large following in the South.
Through his 'Agaram Foundation,' he has been engaged in humanitarian efforts all over Tamil Nadu. "If Chiranjeevi Sir can make a difference, I can contribute at least 1-2 percent of what he has been doing," Suriya said at a movie event in Hyderabad.
"I am glad to note that we have collectively managed to educate 5,000 students via our foundation," Suriya said of his philanthropy. On the work front, Suriya is ready for the release of his upcoming film, 'Etharkkum Thuninthavan,' or 'ET' in Telugu. 'Etharkkum Thuninthavan,' directed by Pandiraj, will be released on March 11th.
