New Delhi: Suryakumar Yadav was a major contributor to India's win in the fourth T20 match against England. He soon took the front after the fall of the first wicket and started attacking the English bowlers with the first ball. Suryakumar hit six in his first ball of international cricket. He played an innings of 57 runs in the match, for which he was also awarded the Man of the Match award.

However, at 57 runs, he was dismissed for being misplaced due to soft signal, while the TV replays clearly showed that he was not out. Even then, SuryaKumar is not discouraged by the way he is out. There is an appreciation around the response he has given to the incident after the match. In a post-match press briefing, Suryakumar Yadav said, "It was a great opportunity for me to bat at number three. If I talk about the way I got out, I'm not disappointed with that. Some things don't go under your control. I went out and told myself that it was all out of your hands."

Suryakumar scored 57 runs in 31 balls. In this regard, he added, "I am very happy with the way everything happened. I always dreamed of playing in the jersey of India and win the match for the team. Team management and captain Kohli told me that everything has to be kept normal and to do what I have been doing in IPL."
