On the complaint of the actor's father, Bihar Police had filed an FIR against Actress Rhea last week. The police said in its statement that they could not trace Rhea Chakraborty. There was talk of his disappearance on Monday, after which his lawyer Satish Manshinde issued a statement on Monday.
He said in the statement that actress Rhea Chakraborty is not missing. So far she has not received any notice or summons from Bihar Police. Explaining further, Manshinde said that Mumbai Police has already recorded the statement of actress Rhea Chakravarty. Apart from this, he said that the Bihar Police does not have the right to investigate the case, and hence the actress Rhea has filed a petition in the Supreme Court requesting to transfer the case to Mumbai. Earlier, it was being said that Rhea and her family had gone somewhere overnight. The manager of the actress Rhea's building has said that the parents and brother of the actress have vacated the flat, and all have gone somewhere with big suitcases.
