Surjit Singh Rathore said, "He was present in the Mortuary of Cooper Hospital, where post-mortem of Sushant's body was going on. Rhea Chakraborty's was crying bitterly at that time and after seeing Sushant's body, she said 'sorry babu'. Apart from this, Surjit Singh Rathore said, "I was in Cooper Hospital on 15 June. The Chief of State of Karni Sena told me to go there. On appeal to the staff, Rhea Chakraborty was allowed to see Sushant's body. As soon as I removed the sheet, Rhea placed her hand on Sushant's chest and said 'Sorry Babu'".
Apart from this, Surjit also claimed that producer Sandeep Singh is an important mastermind behind the actor's death. He said, "I believe that Sandeep Singh is the mastermind in this case. If the CBI team contacts me, I am ready to tell everything that I know. I am with Sushant's family and we want justice to prevail. ''
