Recently in the Supreme Court, the Center told, 'they have transferred the investigation of Sushant case to CBI. Now CBI will investigate this case.' For a long time, there was a demand from the CBI to investigate this case on social media and now this demand has been accepted.

Talking about the petition of actress Rhea Chakraborty at the same time, it is going on in the Supreme Court at this time. Her petition is listed at number 11 in the single bench of Justice Hrishikesh Rai of the Supreme Court. Sushant's father has taken Rhea's name in this case. He had filed a case against Rhea Chakraborty at Rajiv Nagar police station in Bihar. He made many serious allegations on her in the case. Seeing her name coming, Rhea approached the Supreme Court. She filed a petition in the Supreme Court and demanded the transfer of the case from Bihar to Mumbai.

In this regard, Rhea's lawyer said, 'Rhea had filed a petition in the Supreme Court stating that the investigation of this case does not come under the jurisdiction of Bihar Police, this petition will continue in the Supreme Court. There is no legal basis for Bihar Police to join this case. At most it will be zero FIR and it will be transferred to Mumbai Police. We have realized this because the Bihar police did not have the right to investigate the case, so they used the wrong way to investigate.'
