The suicide of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has exposed many such people who have been victims of depression. Such people are talking openly. There are many celebs who are talking about depression and there are many celebs who are talking about nepotism. Sharing the story of her life, Bollywood actress Sherlyn Chopra said, 'How she came into depression and how she has gone through that period'.

Sherlyn recently said in an interview, "In early 2005, my father, who was a doctor, died of a cardiac attack that provided medical assistance to victims of a tsunami in Andhra Pradesh due to a severe sunstroke. I had lost my father while I was in college." Sherlyn continued, "I didn't know how to live without a parent. After years, I have realized that a person's sense of self-worth and self-love does not arise due to any external reasons, but we can achieve this by communicating with ourselves. I slowly started to be less critical and more loving and kind to myself." Furthering her point, Sherlyn said, "I have realized that there are bad people in the world but this is not a bad place, but rather it is an interesting place for all kinds of people. A comprehensive approach towards life makes it easy. A couple of years ago, I started staying healthy in life by choosing to quit smoking and doing regular workouts to strengthen my muscles. As I want to feel and look strong. "

Sherlyn gave a message through a small example and said, "When migrant laborers completed hundreds of kilometers from their feet barefoot from different states of India like Mumbai and other cities to their village-house, when COVID-19 front-line workers and fighters choose to work all day, all night, to help COVID-19 patients, by risking their lives and the lives of their family members when people below the poverty line choose to face the everyday turmoil of life. During this, we get inspiration that we can fight. I humbly request that the government provide comfort and counseling for the vulnerable and establish several hotline services to create more awareness than ever about the importance of mental health. All mentally disturbed people can be helped. "
