The first solar eclipse of this year is going to start from tomorrow, Sunday, 21 June 2020 at around 9.15 am. This eclipse is going to be at 04:00 in the afternoon. According to astrologers, the eclipse period will take place 12 hours earlier, ie on June 20, from 9:25 pm. The Sutak period is considered very important in the eclipse. 1. No food should be consumed during eclipse. These rules of eclipse do not apply to children, sick people, and the elderly.

6. Keep in mind that combing, toothbrush, or nail-biting is also inauspicious during sutak.
7. It is said that one should meditate on God during sutak, read the religious book.
