Dhule: The recovery of weapons in Maharashtra is not taking the name of stopping. After the seizure of swords recovered two days ago in Dhule, now in Nanded, the police have seized a cache of swords from an auto. Police have arrested two criminals with 25 swords. The swords were brought to Nanded by train from Amritsar in Punjab. The police are interrogating the culprits to gather more information on the case.

The same arrest has been made by the Shivaji Nagar police station. According to DB Squad chief API Vawde, the police had received a secret tip-off that a box was kept inside an auto in the Gokul Nagar area of the city, in which swords were being carried. After receiving the information, the police launched an operation and searched the auto. In the investigation, the police recovered a cache of 25 swords from the auto.

The cache of swords was brought from Amritsar to Nanded via the Sachkhand Express. Police are taking further action. The seizure of swords in Nanded has created a situation of fear and anxiety among the people. In fact, there have already been many criminal incidents in Nanded, which has further increased the concern of the people. Who and why the swords were ordered, the news of it is not known at the moment. Police are investigating the case. Superintendent of Police Pramod Kumar Shewale said that the culprit owns a shop in the gurudwara premises. Two days ago, on April 28, the police had seized a cache of weapons in Dhule, Maharashtra.
