Melbourne: India's performance in the T20 World Cup 2022 has been good so far and with 2 match wins, it remains in the race for the semi-finals. India has to play a match against Bangladesh on November 2, after winning here, the ticket for the semi-finals of Team India will be almost confirmed. But there is a matter of concern in this mission of India, and that is KL Rahul's batting which has disappointed in the first three matches. 

Questions are constantly being raised about whether KL Rahul should be included in the playing XI or not. Before the match against Bangladesh, Team India's head coach Rahul Dravid held a press conference, in which he was asked a question about KL Rahul. In response to this Rahul Dravid has made it clear that the team management has full support for Rahul, so there is no doubt about his playing. Rahul Dravid said, 'There is no confusion between me and captain Rohit Sharma as to who will open for us, we know what KL Rahul can do. KL Rahul is a great player, we are sure he will make a strong comeback. Such conditions have been a matter of concern for openers all over the world.'

Rahul Dravid further said that our actions and words show that we are with Rahul. We can take some time in the present situation, so there is nothing to worry about. We know how important he is to us. It has become clear from Rahul Dravid's statement that Team India has no intention of making changes in the playing XI and KL Rahul will be seen opening against Bangladesh as well.
