Amid the ongoing lockdown in India, the central government on Sunday said that 274 districts of the country are affected by the coronavirus infection. In the last 24 hours, 472 new cases have been reported. So far 79 people have died due to corona infection in the country. Although 267 people have also recovered from this disease.

In his statement, Union Health Ministry Joint Secretary Love Aggarwal said that so far 3374 cases of coronavirus have been reported in the country while 11 people have died due to infection in 24 hours. He said that at present the dabbling rate of outbreak of corona infection is 4.1 days. If the Tablighi Jamaat incident had not happened, it would have been at a rate of around 7.4 days less.

For your information, let us tell you that the Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Health also said that the doubling rate is called as the number of cases of corona infection doubles. He said that the Chief Secretary today reviewed the current situation on the issue of coronavirus by video conferencing with District Magistrates, Superintendents of Police, Chief Medical Officers, State Surveillance and District Surveillance, Medical Secretaries of the States and Chief Secretaries of all the districts of the country. For uninterrupted operation of pharma units, the Cabinet Secretary has also issued guidelines to all the District Magistrates.
