Kanpur: In Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, many types of questions have been being raised on the encounter of Vikas Dubey. Now this case of Vikas Dubey encounter has also reached the National Human Rights Commission. A complaint has been lodged by Tehsin Poonawala regarding the encounter in NHRC. The complaint includes the encounter of Vikas Dubey, the main accused in the Kanpur shootout, as well as the death of five of his associates. It has also been written that Vikas Dubey surrendered himself.

It has been claimed that in the video footage, Vikas Dubey is seen sitting in a Tata Safari, while the vehicle that overturned is another. In this case, an appeal has been made for investigation in this case. On behalf of Tehsin Poonawala, it was alleged that Vikas Dubey was killed in a fake encounter so that his political and police affairs could not be exposed.

Many types of questions are arising in which Vikas Dubey's encounter has taken place.  Whether it is to stop the media before the place of encounter to the statement that Vikas Dubey tried to escape even after surrendering at Mahakal Temple. Former Uttar Pradesh CM Akhilesh Yadav also said that Vikas Dubey's encounter was done so that his political relations could not be disclosed.
