The state government has informed that free corona vaccination will also be introduced soon in private hospitals. Funds will be used CSR several companies in the state for this purpose.
State Health Minister Subramanian told media persons after leading a coordination meeting on vaccination that Tamil Nadu has been given 72 lakh vaccine doses for the month of July. According to media reports, the state government is also planning free vaccination in private hospitals. CSR funding will be used for this purpose. The minister said vaccines allocated to private hospitals will be given free of cost to people and CSR funding will be used to meet vaccine expenses.
Tell me, private hospitals in Tamil Nadu have received 18,70,520 vaccine doses so far. Out of this, 13,31,613 doses have been given and 5,38,907 doses are still in stock in hospitals. Subramanian said the state government will publish funding details CSR the vaccine online.
