In India, Tata Motors has launched its SUV Nexon Plus with advanced features. This SUV has been introduced in the Nexon XZ + S variant, which has a sunroof, the company has introduced this car in both petrol and diesel versions. The carmaker first introduced the sub-compact SUV in 8 variants - XE, XM, XZ, XZ +, XZ + (O), XMA, XZA + and XZA + (O). The carmaker has added the new XZ + (S) variant to the seating line-up between the XZ + and XZ + (O). The recently introduced XZ + (S) variant is essentially based on the top-of-the-line variant - XZ + (O).

Keeping in mind the BS6 standard coming into force from 1 April in India, this SUV has been launched with updates. The Nexon SUV is available in both petrol and diesel engines which are now updated with the new BS6 fuel standards. The petrol variant gets a 1.2-liter turbocharged Revotron engine, while the diesel unit has a 1.5-liter turbocharged Revotorq engine. The petrol engine gets 118 bhp power and 170 Nm peak talk. The diesel engine generates 108 bhp power and 260 Nm peak torque. Both engines get a 6-speed manual gearbox, as well as a 6-speed AMT gearbox option.

Talking about its features, it is equipped with many advanced features, along with the engine, many features have also been updated in this new variant of Nexon, most of the features have been given top-end models. If it is new, then connected car technology features such as IRA Connected App, Remote Vehicle Control, Live Vehicle Diagnostics, Vehicle Live Location, Go-Fence, Valet Mode, and more. The new variant offers tilt function with electric sunroof, auto headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, cruise control, multi-drive modes, rear AC vents, full automatic climate control, smart key-push-button start and many more.
