New Delhi: Team India has agreed to 2 weeks of quarantine for Australia. The BCCI official has informed that the Indian cricket team is ready to quarantine on the Australian round. He further said that the possibility of having the ICC T20 World Cup this year seems unlikely. Whereas at the end of the year, Team India has to go on an Australian tour for a series of 4 Test matches. In such a situation, according to the rules, Team India will have to stay in quarantine for 2 weeks.

BCCI treasurer Arun Dhumal told that everyone wants to start cricket, there is no other way. Speaking to an Australian newspaper, Dhumal said, "There is no other option." Everybody wants to do this. 2 weeks lockdown is not long. This would be true for any player because when you remain isolated for so long. Then it would be the right thing to go to another country and stay in lockdown for 2 weeks.

The news has not been confirmed by Australia yet. It is being told in some reports that the host country is searching for a hotel to cut the isolation period of Team India. The hotel is expected to open in September. Team India will get the facility of training for the series. However, there are still 6 months left for this series. Looking at the global epidemic coronavirus, the coming few months may be important.
