CHENNAI: The producers of director Ranjit Jeyakodi's much-awaited action thriller "Michael," starring Sundeep Kishen in the lead, published a new poster for the movie on Friday in an effort to debunk the notion that it will be a strict action thriller without any romance.

Birds are soaring in the backdrop as Sundeep kisses Divyansha Kaushik in the beautiful poster. On this occasion, the production team also disclosed that a fresh teaser for the movie would be released on October 20.

The fact that Vijay Sethupathi is playing a unique action character in the pan-Indian movie has generated a tonne of attention. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Varun Sandesh will play crucial roles in the movie, which also has famous filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon who will portray the antagonist.

Unique posters that promoted Michael, which is billed as an action thriller, generated buzz. Sundeep Kishan, the actor, is depicted on the poster standing in a war zone with blood-spattered trousers, a naked upper body, and six-pack abs. Kishan is holding a pistol in one hand and a scarf in the other as he scans the enemies, who appear to be trying to kill him with weapons like sharp knives, guns, and spears.

In collaboration with Karan C Productions Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP is producing this film on a grand scale. A-list distributor Bharath Chowdary and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao collaborated to produce Michael. The host is Narayan Das K Narang.

The movie will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
