Patna: Bollywood film actress Kangana Ranaut's controversial statement on India's "freedom in begging" has been demanded across the country and a complaint has also been lodged against her at several places. Meanwhile, Tej Pratap Yadav's statement has now surfaced. He has attacked the BJP on the pretext of Kangana.
Tej Pratap Yadav wrote on his social media account: "If brave had not sacrificed for the sake of the country, we would still be cleaning shoes in an Englishman's house''. He further writes that when some people were apologizing to the British, the brave men of the country were kissing the noose. So, to say that the country has got independence after 2014, is an insult to the martyrs, they should not be humiliated.
On the other hand, Kangana Ranaut has been receiving a lot of criticism after her statement. While many are demanding that a case of sedition be registered against her, many are demanding that the Padma Award be withdrawn from the actress. Lalu's daughter, Dr. Rohini Acharya has also attacked Kangana on Friday before Tej Pratap. It was only yesterday that Deepa Manjhi, daughter-in-law of former Bihar CM Jitan Ram Manjhi, hit out at Kangana Ranaut. Deepa Majhi tweeted in local language that 'This Kangana Ranaut doesn't know that we don't even consider Kalamuhi like this to be pathetic for Bihari dung. When she received the Padma Samman, she started insulting the martyrs'.
