Patna: A meeting of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) National Executive is scheduled to be held on February 10. There is a lot of speculation about this important meeting. It is also being told that on this day, party supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav may hand over the responsibility of the party to his younger son Tejashwi Yadav. Lalu is likely to declare Tejashwi as the president in this meeting.  

In the meeting, many arguments are being given behind handing over the command of the party to Tejashwi Yadav. It is being told that on February 15, in the biggest incident of fodder scam, the CBI court in Ranchi is going to pronounce the verdict. It is feared that Lalu, who is on release, may have to travel to jail again in this case. Lalu wants to hand over the reins of the party to Tejashwi before the development.

Amidst these reports, the statement of Tejashwi's elder brother and RJD MLA Tej Pratap Yadav has also come out. Tej Pratap says that Lalu Yadav has a habit of running the organisation properly and is also the president of the party at the moment. As long as there is, the party's national president will remain the same. Tej Pratap has always described his younger brother Tejasvi as Arjuna and himself as Krishna. The news of the power struggle between the two brothers in the Lalu family also keeps coming to the fore intermittently. Since last year, Tej Pratap has increased the activity within the RJD. There are indications from him that he may want Tejashwi to become the national president of the party himself by making him the CM.
