The 'Agnipath Scheme' for army recruitment continues in several states, including Bihar. Now, amidst this controversy, Rjd's Tejashwi Yadav also hit out at the Narendra Modi government at the Centre on Sunday. During a press conference in Delhi, he targeted the BJP, saying, "No Rank No Pension was brought instead of One Rank One Pension.'' At the same time, Tejashwi Yadav said, "Is this scheme MGNREGA for educated youth? Or the HIDDEN agenda of the RSS. Instead of One Rank One Pension, no rank no pension was brought in. If the BJP likes the practice of contracting so much, then the BJP ministers should get their children to resign from their government job.''

Apart from this, Tejashwi also said in his statement, "There are a lot of doubts in the minds of the youth about Agnipath, the government should withdraw this scheme.'' At the same time, he alleged, "The government comes up with such a scheme without deliberations. The future of the youth should not be compromised. I don't support the violence against Agnipath. Nothing is going to happen to violence, but the Prime Minister should listen to the youth.'' Apart from this, Tejashwi also said, "If jobs in the country's largest employers start being given on contract, what will the youth do?"

Apart from this, Tejashwi said, "The government has waived off lakhs of crores of rupees of loans of businessmen. More than 11 lakh crore loans have been waived off while the army's budget is being cut continuously.'' At the same time, Tejashwi further asked the government, "If Agnipath is justified, why not recruit contract officers in it? Why will only soldiers be recruited on contract? Will the Agniveers get the gratuity and whether to save it, the duration of this service has been kept for only 4 years.''
