Hyderabad: Coronavirus continues to grow rapidly in Telangana. Now the death toll has reached 403, in which seven more fatalities have been reported. 1,478 new cases have brought the state's position to 42,496. Recently health officials talked about this. Greater Hyderabad was the hotspot for 806 out of the new cases. The numbers there show that the effect of the virus is increasing rapidly in all areas of the state. 91 and 82 new cases have been filed by the neighbouring districts of Hyderabad, Rangareddy and Medchal respectively. While Karimnagar saw a big boom with 77 cases, 51 new infections have been filed in Warangal-Urban.
Apart from this, cases have been filed in 30 of 33 districts. On Friday, the Public Health Director said that "1,410 patients were discharged". It took the cumulative number to 28,705. The rate of recovery is 68 percent. A total of 13,389 patients were being treated in isolation of hospitals or homes. The state intensified the test to 15,124 trials, the highest since the COVID-19 breakout. ' He also said that the number of samples tested so far has been 2,37,817.
According to media reports, the state has conducted 4,945 tests per million and eighteen percent of the samples taken in the test have found positive. So far, a total of 39 laboratories in the state are engaged in testing. It is reported that there are 16 government and 23 private laboratories in them. The Health Department has released the complete list of laboratories along with the types of tests.
