Telangana Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy made comments on the current going panchayat between AP and Telangana states on the allocation of Krishna river waters. Telangana Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, who unveiled the national flag at the 74th Independence Day celebrations today, wished the people of the state a happy Independence Day. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the state of Andhra Pradesh was unnecessarily squabbling over projects.

Pocharam Srinivas Reddy commented that the Kaleswaram project is a project that is being constructed by taking environmental permits and water allocation permits. Srinivas Reddy, who is rumored to have all the permits for projects being built in the Krishna Basin, said the neighboring states were not in for a fight.
