The success of Akkineni Nagarjuna's last Telugu film, Bangarraju, has boosted his confidence. He stated that Telugu moviegoers don't give up the film and that he will be grateful for their support.
Nagarjuna hailed Telugu audiences for coming up in theatres to watch their film at the film's success meet, which made over Rs 50 crore in its opening weekend.

"Right now, the entire world is scared of a pandemic. When movies were being banned from being released in north India, and we were debating whether or not to release our film, Telugu film fans pushed us to go ahead and release it. They stated that they would view our film. "I bow down to Telugu viewers for gifting us with a blockbuster," Nagarjuna said, speaking at the event.

“The success of this film is not because of the faith you have in me but it is because of the faith I have in Telugu audience,” he added.
