There is a big news from Jammu and Kashmir. In fact, the Vasuki Nag temple in the Doda district here was vandalised on Sunday. In this case, it is being told that when the priest reached the temple in the morning, he was stunned to see the situation there. The temple was vandalised from outside to inside. Stones were thrown over the idol inside the temple here. The priest informed the police about the incident and as soon as the news came to the notice of the people, a crowd gathered there. After that, people started expressing their anger over the attack on the temple.

Here, now people of the Hindu community protested today i.e. on Monday. The protesters were reportedly protesting with banners that read, "Stop vandalising Hindu temples." One of the protesters said that "this is a very unfortunate incident". A few days ago, another temple was vandalised. Now in a few days, they have damaged another temple. We demand the administration to arrest the accused at the earliest. Another protester said, "Damaging Hindu temples has become a trend in Jammu and Kashmir. Nobody comes here and goes on the attack. The administration does not take strict action against the accused. With this, the Jammu and Kashmir Police have started an investigation into the vandalism of the temple in Doda.''

A police officer said, "Some pictures of the alleged vandalism of the temple in Kailash Hills area of Doda district have come to light. Taking cognizance of this, a team of Doda police and Special Operations Group have been sent to the spot for investigation. Talking about the location of the temple, on the other hand, the police said, "The area is on top of Bhaderwah hills and is currently closed due to heavy snowfall in the upper reaches. The official said that the area has almost zero civilian population as it remains disconnected from October to November to May-June months. Primarily it seems to be an attempt to rob the donation box. But it was empty. There will be an inquiry-based on facts.
