Srinagar: CRPF soldiers have been attacked by terrorists in Pulwama, Jammu, and Kashmir. The CRPF convoy is targeted through the IED blast. The terrorists also opened fire on the CRPF convoy after the blast. A senior police officer said the explosion occurred near the CRPF convoy, in which a CRPF soldier received minor injuries. After the attack, the entire area has been cordoned off.

It is being told that the terrorists attacked the CRPF convoy on the circular road in Pulwama. The terrorists first targeted the security forces through the IED Blast and then later started firing bullets. The terrorists tried to target the CRPF team at around 7.40 am. The terrorists had put explosives on the side of the road to make security forces. In this blast, a CRPF 182 battalion soldier is moderately injured. High officials have reached the spot after the attack incident. The entire area has been cordoned off after the incident and a search operation is on.

For the last few months, terrorists have been fueled by the operation of security forces in Jammu and Kashmir, and hence they are targeting the security forces. In Jammu and Kashmir, local police and security forces are campaigning against terrorists. Everyday terrorist encounters are taking place in some areas of Kashmir. On Saturday, an encounter between security forces and militants took place in Kulgam in Kashmir. Two terrorists were killed in this encounter.
