It has been told in the report that apart from this, any incident of terror around the world was under his supervision. The organization recommended the name of Abu Ibrahim Al Hashimi Al Qureshi as its leader after the death of ISIS kingpin Abu Bakr al Baghdadi in a special US forces attack in October. Some reviewers believe that after Baghdadi is killed, ISIS does not want to take any risk and is not aware of its new head.
