One of the biggest Ev maker pioneers of the world Tesla CEO Elon Musk stated in November 2019 that a smaller Cybertruck would make a lot of sense, and it appears that the EV giant is working on a mini version of the most awaited electric pickup truck. According to Street Insider, Tesla is working on a smaller Cybertruck that will debut in March 2022.

The carmaker has scheduled an earnings call for later this month, but it's doubtful that any information on the rumoured smaller Cybertruck model would be revealed at that time. Let us tell you that as per the report the electric vehicle maker may showcase both variants of Cybertruck during a special event in March. It goes on to say that the two Cybertrucks will be very different and size and design.

According to the study, the smaller Cybertruck would have a body that is around 20% smaller than its larger sister. A smaller Tesla Cybertruck may be possible, with multiple manufacturers working on smaller electric pickup trucks.

This news comes as Tesla continues to face criticism for repeatedly postponing the debut of the Cybertruck. According to a recent Reuters article, Tesla will not begin selling the Cybertruck electric pickup truck until early 2023, with production beginning at the end of this year.
